The program provides in-depth training of priority R&D areas in nanoelectronics, spintronics and photonics: heterostructure electronics, electronics based on wide-gap semiconductors, graphene, carbon nanotubes, etc. Graduates of the program can excel in a wide range of industries, including electronics manufacturing, R&D, telecommunications, and semiconductor companies.

Graduates of the program are fully qualified to work in areas that are extensively demanded at the present time and are the key areas for the applied science and technology:
physics and technology of semiconductor electronic and optoelectronic devices (light-emitting diodes, photovoltaic cell, thin-film field-effect transistors, memory elements, etc.), based on nano-scale multilayer dielectric and semiconductor heterostructures.

Am I eligible to study on your degree programs with my current education?
For preliminary evaluation of your documents you need to submit the following set:
  • ID (Passport)
  • Degree Certificate
  • Transcript
Once you have obtained a conditional acceptance letter you need to start preparing the application set:
  • Passport scan copy with the notarised translation to Russian language.
  • High School Certificate or Previous Degree Diploma with the notarised translation to Russian language.
  • Transcript of Records with the notarised translation to Russian language.
  • Medical Certificate that confirms no contra-indications for studying in Russia + Negative AIDS/HIV test certificate issued by an official healthcare authority of your country.
  • Photo in passport-format.
This set of documents is required in order to register an applicant for entrance examinations.

We start considering new applications and processing the documents in May, 2023.
Examination dates are determined for each subject specifically and depends on the program level and major. Make sure to contact our admission officers to learn the schedule of the entrance exams for your program.
Full admission set with all necessary documents and notarised translations shall be submitted no later than August 10, 2023.
