The program focuses on providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the tools and methods used in the design, engineering, mathematical and computer modeling of electronics and nanoelectronics. It also develops an understanding of the production technologies and application of materials, components, and electronic devices for solid-state, microwave, optical, micro- and nano-electronics of various functional purposes.

For preliminary evaluation of your documents you need to submit the following set:
- ID (Passport)
- Degree Certificate
- Transcript
- Passport scan copy with the notarised translation to Russian language.
- High School Certificate or Previous Degree Diploma with the notarised translation to Russian language.
- Transcript of Records with the notarised translation to Russian language.
- Medical Certificate that confirms no contra-indications for studying in Russia + Negative AIDS/HIV test certificate issued by an official healthcare authority of your country.
- Photo in passport-format.
